Lists numbers that can be rented. price is the monthly rental price for the country and number type; Twilio does not price numbers individually, so it is identical for every number in the list, and null when Twilio has no price for that country and type.

capabilities uses lower-case keys (voice, sms, mms, fax), as Twilio returns them.
